I have had several roofers try to find a leak that only happens when there is a heavy, driving rain. None of them could find the leak. Some roofers said I had to call them when it was happening. Try to get someone out on the spot! Steve was here on time. Showed me the imaging of where the leak was coming from, and informed me that I am missing some insulation in the ceiling in two rooms. He made a video of what he found on the roof. Steve gave me a quote within a half hour which I thought was reasonable and I immediately accepted. The repair crew was here that afternoon as we were expecting heavy rain the next day. They did the necessary work and let me know when they were finished. They cleaned up after themselves. I think Steve is very professional and knowledgeable and I would call Steve again for any roofing needs.
