Placed a service call for the septic tank to be cleaned. The scheduling was prompt but the dual stage tank was only 1/2 cleaned. The 1st tank ( flow from house )wasn't cleaned. I called to confirm that both tanks should have been cleaned. I never got a follow up visit. I ended up flushing out the main pipe myself to open up flow to 1st stage tank. That's when I noticed the build up in tank 1. I paid for this service for my sister-in law, but I wasn't there to monitor the cleaning.
