Guardian Roofing did a phenomenal job power-washing the roof, and then they found there was a repair necessary and did a phenomenal job with that too. They showed us pictures of what was needed, then they did the repair and showed us pictures of that. They were prompt, courteous, and they did a great job cleaning up the mess. There were gardens below where they were working and there wasn't any debris left at all. You couldn't even tell they were there once they finished. We didn't get estimates or bids but we thought that the price seemed very reasonable, especially for how good a job they did. We have had our roof cleaned in the past and it didn't look anything like it did after Guardian cleaned it.

Here's another thing that stood out. We are selling our home and the potential buyers had a question about the roof repair, so we called the fellow that was the supervisor of the job and he took the time at the end of a work day to write a letter "to whom it may concern" about the roof repair. This was way above and beyond what we would have expected. These are good, good guys.
