In the course of a week, I had an AC annual visit, two furnace service visits and an installation of a whole new system. In all cases, the appointments were easy to schedule, the technicians arrived on time and were very thorough in their efforts. Once we decided to replace our 15 year old system, our estimate from last year was updated quickly, financing was handled with ease and the installation was scheduled within days. On the day of the installation, Phil & Patrick actually arrived early and were able to complete the installation in less time than anticipated. They took great care to protect my flooring and cleaned up completely once they were done. It was a seamless process and everything is working well. I feel confident, however, that if there are any problems, HCE will respond quickly and effectively. We are very pleased.
