Home Comfort Supervisor: today 4 Jan 23 Alex Gallardo your Tech responded to our residence to repair a waterline which I have been having trouble with. I’m on your monthly service plan in order to take advantage of your extras that comes with that plan. (Which is a good deal). Alex was a above and beyond being a normal tech. He was very courteous and knew what had to be done at first look. Explained everything to me ahead of time. It was a pleasure having him in my home doing the repair. Please pass this up the chain of command as he deserves recognition. Being a young tech he was very knowledgeable. He represents your company in a very positive way. I’m a 100% Disabled Veteran and I felt very comfortable having him here. He deserves a pat on the back. I recommend you keeping him around as he represented your company in a very positive way.
