Service Tech Saved the Day
I spent 2 1/2 days composing a scathing review. 2 1/2 days of poor communication and useless waiting. After being told that someone would be out to my home that afternoon. Then the next day. Then, the next day. Until, finally, the tech got here. 8;30 PM of the third day, A better scheduling team would be a great start. A simple call back explaining the delay. Anyhow, having seen the commercials on local TV, we opted for HCE to replace our furnace and air conditioning unit more than a year ago. After being talked up to a bigger furnace, the installation was poorly done. Numerous small things that we didn't complain about. But, at the start of this winter season we had had enough of the poor heat circulation. One side of the house receiving little to no hot air . Enter the tech. After numerous attempts to discover the cause of the heat flow problem, he found that the entire connection to the heat vents on the west side of the house had become disconnected. Poor installation ... That led me to adjust my review. Seems there are skilled and dedicated employees on the team. Cody Bennett is one! I still would not recommend HCE. There were just too many little things that add up to a big disappointment. Less money spent on advertising and more on training a competent work force would be my advise to this company.
