I bought a new HVAC unit from Waldrop 2 years ago. My AC has never worked properly. I set the temp on 72, and it gets over 80 in the house? TOO HOT! Then they have the audacity to bill me when they came out and nothing was fixed. I have both the HVAC and plumbing maintenance plans. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated.
