When needed not available

I purchased 2 systems for my rental unit...when I had a leaking pipe issue I was told it would take a week to send someone out to fix.... a leaking pipe and that’s the service from you... and when I complained saying this is an emergency... she hung up on me... some service... don’t bother calling me again... and I’ll take a refund on your service package
