The response time to my first inquirey was very short, and the work was evaluated and completed in one day.
When Kevin came to diagnose the water heater problem he was prepared to solve the problem on the spot, including moving the washing machine and removing the old w.h. He left to purchase the new w.h. and another part, but returned in a short time and was able to get everything done, including moving a challenging copper pipe configuration. The price was higher than expected, but quality of work and the service package factored into the decision.
