Prompt and courteous
Had a tub faucet leaking in our rarely used bathroom. Plumber courteous and seemed knowledgeable. I was distracted by an 18mo old at the time, so I did not inspect as closely as I should have. A month and a half later I finally got around to cleaning up the tub from plumbers mess and after using the faucet, it is dripping. hmmm????
