All employees are polite and professional
When they were here, I told them that my garbage disposal wasn't working. They looked at it and I thought checked the switches and said, yes, it wasn't working and they could replace it for me. I declined, telling them that my son in law worked for Orchard Supply and he could do it. When he came over, he pushed the reset button and it works fine. So I could have paid to have something replaced that didn't need replacing.
