Quality of heater not as expected--cost very high.
The service was very good. The job was done as outlined in the plan. However the quality of the water heater was not what I was lead to believe. (I looked it up on line.) Also, the cost was excessive and way above the average installation for a water heater replacement.
I'm sure that the job was well done and thorough, but I was disappointed that I didn't take the time to check out various aspect of the process. Very nice person, Keith, who worked with me on this job.
