Service person presented my wife with an estimate of over $500.00 for repairing leak in bathroom sink drain. She signed it since we had company coming and I was away from the house. Repair was a new Ptrap and teflon to stop the leak. Repair time was about 30minutes. I understand the site visit charge of $89.00 has to be there but think the final charge very excessive for the work. I did receive a call from your office and a supervisor gave us a discount of 11% and a coupon for $80 which brought the total down to about $400.00. My feeling is the total charge including the site visit should have been no more than about $250.00???
Also another repair person had to come back out to fix the sink stopper which was frozen shut.
Overall not very satisfied! We are diamond members who just signed up last year after your company installed a water heater for us. That experience was very satisfactory.
