I’m just going to contact the toilet maker to correct the problem.
The service tech was friendly and professional. So I forgave the fact he was an hour late and didn’t call me when he was coming as the original call taker promised. On the downside, I paid $400.00 for what they call a ‘soft rebuild’ on a toilet tank that was leaking and wouldn’t flush. The leak was fixed but the tank runs non-stop unless I reach into the tank and shut the plug. The tech said I should order this part and that part and do it myself. Thought that’s what the plumber was supposed to do when they’re paid good $$.
