The gentleman arrived early and quickly and thoroughly diagnosed the plumbing issue and corrected the problem. At all times, before beginning the diagnosis and during the work, he advised the options we had and the cost we would incur. Before leaving, he checked our other potential problem areas to assure that the 'fix' he performed was sufficient. This person had the equipment, skills and customer service that we expect from a home contractor.
