I was told upfront the service would be expensive and slow and it was both of those things. We needed a 20 gallon water heater installed, one of the really tiny ones. It took two days, three attempts, and cost around $1500. Mike Counsil was the only available plumber that day, but I do not recommend them. The staff tried to be nice about it and apologized for the company's pricing, as an emergency plumber, and they did warn me upfront that it would be bad.
