The Charles and his understudy couldn't have done a better job. Their work and efficiency were excellent. They communicated well and took the time to educate. They even pointed out future issues and potential fixes for them. They made some minor fixes that went beyond the work that they were contracted to perform. Having said this, I was grossly overcharged for what they did. They installed a PRV that wasn't particularly challenging. The charges were nearly 3 times as much as would be charged by a plumber who would have done a perfectly adequate job. In conscience, I would not recommend Mike Counsil Plumbing to anyone and I would never use them again for any reason. Despite the positives about their service, it can not make up for the feeling that I was price gouged. There are plenty of Yelp reviews that point out their excessive pricing, so my review will have no effect on a company that has attended the workshops that are designed to help them show well and charge to the hilt. I wish that I had read those reviews before calling them.
