It's easy for a service to do good work when everything goes smooth. The way they handle their own mistakes can truly demonstrate their quality.
There was a scheduling mix-up, and a day was wasted. That's why they only get 4 stars for service. But, as soon as we communicated, they had someone out in 30 minutes. Charles was great. I know he was in contact with the tech who originally came up with our plan and estimate, several times. I felt comfortable that the job was getting done the same as originally planned.Charles and Jerry were uber-courteous, clean and careful. they were very personable and obviously worked well together.A little joking between them tells me they were relaxed and confident.And I feel less guilty for giving someone a really terrible job to do.
As usual,in an old house, the job became more complicated than they
first thought.But they both stayed until 7:30 pm. And continued to do a "little extra" all the way through.
It's a great relief to find a company we can rely on and keep going back to. Did i mention that their estimate was $1000 cheaper than the other guy?!
We've already set up another job with them.
