I had Bonfe replace my heater and A/C and fix my garage heater. We had a misunderstanding about how long the job would take, so I came home to find the house empty and all the doors unlocked. The heater and A/C looked great and the house was spotless, but the garage heater also wasn't fixed. I talked to a manager who was very accommodating and concerned about making me a satisfied customer. When the repairmen later came with the part to fix the garage heater, it turned out to be the wrong one, so they waited while the correct part was delivered to my house and completed the repair. The manager also talked to all the repairmen about verifying with the homeowners how to leave the house if the homeowner is absent when the job is completed.
