We have been using Brackett Heating and Air Conditioning for over 40 years now! We have never been disappointed! In fact, we have their company sign with their logo out in our front yard. They are great from start to finish. When we call the office the staff is friendly and they set appointments straight away. The technicians are very friendly. They are prompt, professional and polite. They explain what they are doing, the process, if anything is wrong they go over the options and they answer questions. I really appreciate that. The techs are very clean, you wouldn't even know where they had been working. The pricing is very fair especially with the great service and products you get. We have had them install a few new heating and air conditioning units over the 40 years and we keep an annual contract with them. This last visit was to install another new heating and air unit. He took ample time to explain how to change the filter and how to work the thermostat. I have recommended them to family and friends for several years and I think anyone who needs HVAC work done shouldn't hesitate calling Brackett Heating and Air Conditioning!
