Technician came and put on booties to cover his shoes before coming into the house. I liked that, especially because I have new flooring. He looked at what needed to be done, told me the highest amount it would be, and if less work was needed for the outlet than it would be a less. He did a great job, and cleaned up the dust from having to cut into the drywall. He was nice and professional. Great experience!!
