The techs were professional but were a little misleading about the price. First I heard 59 dollars for the service call, from the women who I made the appointment with, then the price doubled, at one point it was 500. But wound up being 300. I felt for what they did the service was too expensive. They re-wired an switch and changed some plugs on a roof. The tech will claim they had to do a lot of troubleshooting but in the end he wound up making a call to a colleague for some guidance. And suddenly that solved the problem. No recommending to my friends and family.
