There is literally no place other than Mainline we would take our motorcoach to be serviced/repaired. Mike C and others up front are fantastic! They are knowledgeable, professional, detail oriented and so very friendly. And we’re willing to bet that there’s no better technician than Nick in the entire state. Nick not only cares about the mechanics of the vehicle, but he also cares about the people who drive it, and is always willing to answer questions and share advice. We live on the southwest side of Cleveland but choose to travel the 50 minutes to Mainline because of the people who work there, and the exceptional service they give us! Thanks, Mainline!
