My husband and I had a scary experience in our home, just a few days before Christmas our power kept shutting off through our whole house, when we checked our fuse box we could smell electricity and it was hot. We called Mr. Sparky, they were prompt on getting to our home. Butch came out to our home looked at everything and new exactly what to do, unfortunately the part we needed was in Columbus, he assured us that they would rush the part and he would be back to our home first thing the next morning, and that he was. Butch installed a new fuse box for us. He was knowledgeable and I felt confident about that and I trusted that he definitely fixed the problem. I felt like Butch truly cared about us and our safety, he made sure we were taken care of as fast as he possibly could. I would use Mr. Sparky again and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
