Absolutely terrible. Do not use this service. The actual plumber that came out to was not the issue. He was professional and provided quick service when we had a frozen pipe that started leaking water into a bathroom. He explained everything well, fixed the issue quickly, and explained the pipe had burst due to freezing. Once I opened the insurance claim and sent the invoice over to my insurance the adjustor just asked if I could get a little more detail on the plumber invoice as to what was wrong with it. I called Curtis plumbing 3 times over the course of 2 weeks and left multiple messages. Finally after the 3rd time I got a call back from the manager who was FLAT OUT RUDE and unprofessional. I answered the phone and immediately his tone of voice was aggressive stating "yeah you have been calling here asking for us to give explanation to your insurance company and we don't do that, we don't deal with any sort of insurance company and we want nothing to do with it". I tried to explain that he didn't have to deal with my insurance company and that I just wanted a more detailed description on my invoice of what exactly was wrong with the pipe he continued shouting at me through the phone stating that "we can't do that, that would be lying and speculation". I explained nicely that the technician that came out told me that I had a frozen pipe and that it was frozen when he arrived. The manager continued to shout stating "no we aren't doing that". I called my insurance company to let them know how rude and unprofessional this company was handling such a simple request. Luckily I have a great insurance company and after sending them a picture of the pipe they could tell that it was obviously a burst pipe. I will never deal with this company again due to their rude and unprofessional management and office staff. Save yourself the headache and negatively and go somewhere else
