The technician arrived on time and was polite. No "booties" were worn, not sure all plumbers make this effort. He immediately became fixated on the fact that I did not use a bath mat and pretty much deaf to anything I had to say after that. The tech stated that, unless I removed some drywall, there was no way he could determine the source of my issue. No diagnostics were used. I guess I was expecting too much. Live and learn.
