Very good, as long as Joe is there.
I took my kid's car in for a broken transmission. There were some problems with the installation and we had to go back a few times, but they apologized and fixed everything. Joe, the manager, also helped me out on an issue they didn't technically have to honor. It was beyond our warranty, but Joe dealt with it and I can't say enough good about him.
