They immediately spoke with me and scheduled an appointment to evaluate my problem with the toilet not functioning properly. They used a camera in my drain lines, at my request and actually found the problem in my roof vent. After not getting any response from others that I called, and still no call after a week and a half from the others, I will be giving Benjamin Franklin my business. Customer Service is awesome!!!
