$1000 for two hours work is fine, but when you schedule the call to have a light fixture installed and the technician can’t install the fixture in a 10’ ceiling because he only has one step letter and one ladder which is too tall to open in a room and he subsequently puts two small dents in the ceiling, you know you called the wrong company!
