They were very careful to explain all the little mortgage ins and outs and details to me, which is important when you consider all the paperwork that a mortgage entails, Their interest rate, and overall fees were very competitive with other Mortgage Brokers, and in fact, even lower than most. Also important is, that what BMC Mortgage & Investments Edmonton promised me, is exactly what I got. No surprises anywhere.

I highly recommend them if you need to obtain a mortgage, They are also very friendly which is nice when you think about all the various information and back and forth that goes into the whole mortgage process.
