Overall, I had an amazing experience with Ragsdale Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electrical. I have been using this company for at least 15 years and I am on their maintenance plan. The company makes sure to keep our units up to date so that everything is working efficiently.

Most recently, the company put in a whole new furnace for me. The two workers who came by were able to show that there was a crack in the heat exchange, and they advised me not to turn it on. Instead, I got an upgraded system and he was right on with the estimate and the amount of time it would take to complete the job.

I would definitely recommend this company to other people. I appreciate that this company is very honest and that they show you what the actual issue is. I will continue to use their service in the future.
