I will be contacting corporate due to the company blowing my transformer and then trying to blame me for it. Great customer service in blaming others for your mistakes and messups. Extremely disappointed and I shouldve listened to Suburban Propane and not have went with these amateurs.

Also would like to make all aware that all pieces of equipment are quadrupled marked up. An example is they told me that my ignitor would have to be replaced before they blew my power on my machine. They wanted to charge me $876 for an ignitor that would cost me $45.00. Please do your due diligence and research anything they charge you. They only care about paying for their uniforms, banners and trucks before resolving an issue that they caused. Again, I will be reporting this to the BBB and to corporate
