I was impressed by Hall Plumbing because they took ownership of an issue and took steps to rectify it. The issue was in regards to the scheduling and the arrival, but the supervisor handled it really well. A good company is one that acknowledges its mistake and handles it well. I had called them to take care of a plumbing problem and the service went smoothly. Everything has been working properly since the fix. I had no other problems with the service and will use them again in the future.
