Koshgarian Rug Cleaners, Inc. performed its job with excellence in every way. They met every expectation I had. We had an unfortunate staining incident over the New Year's holiday on our wall-to-wall carpeting. I immediately researched companies that advertised stain removal and came across Koshgarian's name. I recognized their name as local rug experts. That prompted me to call them on the first business day after the holiday. I think I spoke to the owner. Whoever answered the phone was able to promise a technician that very day. By eleven AM a technician showed up. A quick response time was very important to us and that is exactly what we got. We were quite concerned about the stain setting and becoming impossible to remove. The technician did an excellent job. I was afraid I would have to replace the entire carpet, but the technician got the stains out and the carpet looks great again. I may even consider calling them back for regular carpet cleaning in the future rather than to continue using the company that sold me the original carpet.
