We had an unexpected urgent need for an electrician after an electrical fire that resulted in a visit from the local fire department. We placed an after hours call to another company that someone recommended but, by the next morning, we still had not received a call back. I called Jameson and spoke to a very pleasant person. She was able to give me an estimate of when someone would be here and it was a reasonable amount of time. In less than one hour, Jessy G was at our home and trying to find the source of the problem. He was very thorough and efficient. He went through the entire house making sure that there were no other potential problems after he had identified the original problem.
