I called B.H. on a Sat and was very pleased that they had a tech at my house in a couple of hours. And, fixed my shower leak in less than an hour. After paying, I was told that a receipt would be sent electronically later. I was displeased that the e-receipt was not itemized to show me what was replaced and/or repaired. I have requested an itemized receipt but they are unable to do that.
