They do a great job, and they are friendly and efficient and don't leave a mess.

Their response time was fantastic. I'm flexible and realize that other people needed their help quicker. Mine was just a maintenance thing, but I was willing to work with different hours and so were they. Also, they have been really good in an emergency. Last year we had the same water heater done and didn't realize it had lots of issues--so they taught us how to protect the water heater from damage.
