We have a little bit of a tricky situation because we live in a condo but the guys over at Dean's Professional Plumbing, Heating, Air & Drains were able to help us out with our heating and air conditioning in spite of that. We have a Magic Pack heating and cooling unit which is pretty expensive to replace. The guy we originally hired to install it made some bad choices and did not do the most thorough job. Dean's Professional came in and fixed everything up for us, and the even discounted some of the work since they knew that we had been lied to by the previous guy. These guys are just very customer oriented and provide excellent customer service by being understanding and accommodating. We would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.
