I have not had this great of service in a very long time. Laurie and Brandon made my night and went the extra mile for me to get the job done. I went with American Heating out of Colorado Springs. I was told no travel fee's (didn't know they were from Springs) and scheduled 2-4pm. Long story short, Michael called 3:30pm to inform me he cant get here until 5:15ish and was going to be $159 travel fee.
I called One Hour Heating and Laurie was empathetic to my dilemma because every heating company was now closing and putting me on the after hours prices. She got Brandon out there and fixed in no time. Prices were reasonable and customer service was beyond what I expected.
Laurie and Brandon brought out what companies used to be like and treated me with pure professionalism.
