No one (and no company) is perfect, of course, but Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did a fine job when we hired them, most recently, to fix some drainage problems in the sink. They were timely and well-prepared, so it was no problem for them to unclog the pipes. They also communicated clearly about everything, which was appreciated.
