I will usually give a five-star rating for Merrell Building Enterprises. To be honest, this time around, I had issues with the plumbing work that was done and some tile mix-ups. My cabinets are great that they did. There were a few extra boxes of tile left over from the tile job. I was going to use those for the master bath or something of that sort, but have since decided that I don't want to use the tile. I tried returning to them, and they would not take it back, as explained to me, it was over the 60-day timeframe. They also had a plumber in to check the water pressure in the bathroom. This has still not been resolved, and they told me I would have to pay an additional $150 to have the plumber come back out. Of everything that they have done for me, these are the two issues that I have had, everything else has been satisfactory.
