improve communication
I got a call confirming my appointment and inquired if needed entry to the house and received a response stating no entry needed if I didn't have an issue. I confirmed and expected outside work to be done.
On the day of service, my doorbell was rung and service person asked my mother if we wanted service in our garage. My mother suffers from Alzheimer's and I did not appreciate the doorbell being rung or asking her that question as I had made our needs clealry known. It caused her anxiety as she tried to reach me to validate.
So please rectify this issue.
I hope this an internal questionnaire to improve quality and not published on website or social media. If it is I will terminate the contract immediately for cause.
