Dustin came on time and spent the time needed to be sure our furnace was returned to full service. He took the time to explain how our zone system works as well as how the furnace functions. We learned a lot and with the knowledge we can better utilize our equipment. Dustin was very patient, very knowledgeable and very professional. We are just starting our affiliation with Campbell and were fully satisfied with the visit.
