I called Brown's Plumbing & Heating on a service call. They came quickly, which was very good. But when they were here, the work they did wasn't so good. They misdiagnosed the problem and recommended a parts replacement that wasn't really needed because that's not where the problem was to begin with. It's not that they were unwilling; they're very responsive and willing. It's just that the work itself wasn't very good and it wasn't a good experience for me.
