The only downside is because of the service minimum. When actually contacted them, it was for a task that they did not come up to the minimum pricing. It was for work on my chimney. The HOA insisted that it be painted. I had to come up with other things for them to do. The chimney job itself was about $450.00 and the minimum was 1,000.00. I was trying to figure out in the beginning why it was so much.
