I hired RugPro Oriental Rug Cleaning to deep clean a rug. They scheduled pickup and then arrived on time. They also scheduled delivery and everything was on time. They were flexible with me because I wasn't sure what service I wanted with the rug. Isaiah, who comes and goes with the rug is wonderful. I love him. This is not the first time I've worked with them.
