I had hired them to clean my carpet inside my home and the service was satisfactory. The technician was kind and prompt for the job. However, the only downside was a missed area on the carpet where a piece of furniture was located on the carpet. Other than that I had a positive experience with the staff at Cosmopolitan Carpet Cleaning who were courteous to me via our email correspondence. They were prompt to respond and to come out to give me a quote. Prices were a flat rate.
