In general, the empty-house cleaning they did was really good, and the service was professional. They arrived about 30 minutes after the scheduled start time, which I consider reasonable. They did a good job of getting crud out of the crevice between the carpets and the baseboards.

There was one specific food stain (spilled milk shake) that I had hoped they could get out. They did not fully get it out. The attempt to "lighten" it after cleaning was only partially successful. Also, there was one small black spot (looked like soot) they could not completely remove from the wall-to-wall thick-weave carpet. The lead guy said he thought the black stuff was coming up from the pad. I thought they were going to leave overnight the two dryers they had, to dry the two largest rooms, but they left only one overnight.
