The one thing that left me frustrated at the end of my appt was not the amazing cleaning that I has received, but the issue with my coupon. I had a coupon that had no restrictions at all on it and I was told that I still had to be charged the minimum amount of $100, not including fees like a travel fee. The coupon said something along the lines of each room would be $30...but both talking on the phone to customer service and speaking with the man who came to do my carpets, I was told they left it off the coupon and was not told til after the service was completed that I still had to pay ___ amount.
