Paul from Colonial Chem-Dry was very professional, knowledgeable, and I felt like he really cared about his work and doing a good job. He looked at all the rugs and talked with me about what was possible and what wasn't and I am very pleased with how clean they turned out. I think their prices are competitive with other places out there and for the high quality of his work, I would definitely use them again!
